1- What is the registration process?
• Register each student on the schools’ website.
• Enter the data required to register.
• The registration coordinator will contact parents and schedule a visit within the period specified for registration.
2- What are the documents required for registration?

• Kindergarten and Grade 1:
Saudi Students: Copy of the family record and the student’s passport

• Grade 2 – Grade 12:
Student’s academic file from the previous school
Original academic reports and a copy of the passport
Financial clearance from the previous school.
• Students from outside the kingdom, from international schools, or from Quran memorization schools (Tahfeez): submit certified academic certificates with proof of identity to the tests and admission unit to issue an admission order addressed to our schools.
3- Registration Time:
At the beginning and the end of each semester.
4- Do you have different learning tracks?
Yes, National track and American Diploma Program (ADP) track.
5- What are the ADP levels:
Pre-Diploma (from grade 1 till grade 8)
Diploma (from grade 9 till grade 12) Boys Schools – Girls Schools
6- Is there an interview or a test for the enrolled students?
for National track students an enrollment test in the main subjects (Arabic – Math – English) , o for ADP students an enrollment test in (English – Math – Arabic),o an interview is conducted with students and another with parents
7- Is there a possibility for registration in the second and third semester and what is required?
Registration is possible according to the available seats. Requirements as mentioned previously in addition to a recommendation of good conduct and financial clearance from the previous school.
8- Is it possible to transfer a student from the national track to the American Diploma Program or vice versa?
Yes, it is possible, but it requires approval from the Ministry of Education to the condition at the beginning of each academic year.
9- How much is the fee and what is the payment method?

10- Is there a discount for siblings?
No discount for siblings.
11- As for school fees, do they include books and school uniforms?
School fees Include textbooks and some other learning sources, but do not include school uniforms.
12- Where to find the school uniform?
From Adeem stores in Sahara Mall Gate 4, where there is a school uniform and another uniform for PE classes (sports)
13- How many classes and how many students per class
The number of classes in the department varies and the number of students also varies depending on the class space.
14- Are there classes for Mawhiba students? In which grades?
Yes, there are specific classes for Mawhiba students. Grades vary depending on the annual agreement with Mawhibah Foundation, and to the seats available in schools. Mawhiba students must pass the schools’ admission tests.
15- Can a student have a trial period in the school without registering and paying fees?
The school policy does not allow trail registration. As it disrupts the accuracy of Admissions’ list and deprives students on the waiting lists the opportunity of obtaining a seat.
16- Are there extracurricular activities and field trips?
Schools provide an organized systematic and extracurricular activity plan that is presented and shared with parents every semester, considering many aspects of social, psychological, scientific and entertainment for students and according to different age groups.
17- Are there any after school clubs?
Yes, there are various clubs and activities at the end of the school day (explained in more detail)
18- When does the school day start and end? How long are the classes?
They vary according to the department, but most often the first class starts at 7:30 in the morning and ends between 1:30 to 2:10 PM depending on the grade level.
19- Is there a school bus for students’ transportation?
No, there is not.
20- What tracks are available in the High School department?
Current available tracks are the General track for National high school department and the American Diploma (ADP).
21- Are there courses for students to practice the general aptitude test?
Yes, there is an internal plan in schools that includes the special classes starting from Middle School. Then, High School students will have intensive training through courses organized after school by qualified instructors, whether from inside or outside schools.
22 – Is there a quick way to communicate with departments?
Yes, there are contact phone numbers for each grade level that are sent at the beginning of each semester in the student's guide as well as the Welcome Back guide sent to parents.
